Orders and execution

Understand the instructions in an order and how changing market conditions can affect the resulting price.

Market, limit and stop orders

A market order requests execution at an available price. Limit and stop orders set conditions for when an order may execute. Learn how the supported order type works before submitting it.

Slippage and price gaps

The price available when an order executes can differ from the price you expected. Fast markets, limited liquidity and gaps can affect execution. A stop-loss instruction does not guarantee a particular exit price.

Review your orders

Use the trading platform to review your order details. In the client portal, View orders from a wallet opens order history. Contact support if an order or historical record needs clarification.

Know the applicable rules

Read the account agreement and execution terms provided for your account before trading. Check the legal entity responsible for the account and ask the team about any instruction you do not understand.
