Separate entities and licence scopes
Arrow Trade is incorporated in Mauritius under company number 214424 and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius as an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), licence GB24202940 (SEC-2.1B).
The Investment Dealer licence is separate from Arrow Trade's Global Business Licence and from the UAE entity's Category 5 authorisation.
Arrow Trade also holds a separate Global Business Licence (FS-4.1), number GB24202940. That licence does not by itself authorise investment dealing; the separate SEC-2.1B licence provides that authorisation.
ARROW FINANCIALS L.L.C is listed as active by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA, formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority, SCA) for Financial Consultations, Introduction and Promotion under Category 5.
This UAE licence does not authorise brokerage in derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot forex, or trading operations, portfolio management or execution of client orders in those products.
